1. Nature of Our Services

Colours Counselling offers personal-development, self-awareness, career, relationship, parenting, business, and Vaastu guidance based on a proprietary methodology (“Colour Science”) developed by Sanjay Choubey. These services are intended as a guidance and self-awareness tool.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or astrological advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed medical professional or emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or book a session on your own behalf. Where a session concerns a minor (for example, under our Parents & Child program), the minor’s parent or legal guardian must book and consent on the minor’s behalf.

3. Account Registration

When you register on this Website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking & Payment

• Sessions are booked by phone or WhatsApp and confirmed manually by our team.
• Payment is currently collected offline (via UPI, bank transfer, or other manually arranged methods) — this Website does not process online card or gateway payments.
• Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that session.
• A session is considered confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged by us.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All session fees are non-refundable once a session has been booked and payment received. Rescheduling a session to a different date or time may be permitted at our sole discretion, subject to availability, and must be requested by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session on our end (for example, due to illness or unavailability of the counsellor), in which case a full refund or a rescheduled slot will be offered.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Colour Science is a guidance methodology, not a guaranteed prediction system. We do not promise or guarantee any specific personal, academic, professional, financial, marital, or other outcome as a result of using our services. Testimonials published on this Website reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, and the “Colour Science” name and framework — is the intellectual property of S Factor / Sanjay Choubey and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
