The Method
What is Colour Science?
Complete psychometric analysis through Colour Science and MQ-based tests.
Sanjay Choubey, international counsellor and corporate trainer, is the inventor of The Colour Science methodology, which combines psychology and ancient wisdom to guide individuals in their personal and professional lives.
From just five colours a person chooses, it builds a complete picture of their personality, aptitude and natural tendencies. For students, that means focused and pinpointed direction for educational and career decisions, grounded in who they are rather than marks alone, trends or peer pressure.

FAQ
Career counselling FAQs
Who is the best career counsellor in Mumbai?
Sanjay Choubey brings more than 27 years of experience, has guided over 58,000 students, and is the inventor of the Colour Science methodology. Consultations are available across Mumbai in person and online.
When should a student take career guidance after 10th?
Ideally before choosing a stream for 11th, so the decision reflects the student's aptitude and interests. Guidance during 9th or 10th gives the most time to plan.
Can career guidance after 12th help choose a course and college?
Yes. The session identifies the fields that best match the student's strengths, which then guides the choice of courses, entrance exams and colleges.
How is Colour Science different from a psychometric test?
They work together. The 3 psychometric tests are chosen according to each student's needs and analyse their profile through MQ-based questions, while the Colour Science test reads personality and natural strengths from just five colours chosen by the student. Sanjay Choubey combines both in the one-to-one counselling session.
Should parents attend the career counselling session?
Parents are encouraged to attend so the family can understand the recommendations together and support the student's decision.
Do you offer career counselling for working professionals?
Yes. Professionals considering a role change, a new industry or entrepreneurship can use a session to assess which direction fits them best.
Is online career counselling available outside Mumbai?
Yes. Online sessions are available for students and professionals across India and in countries including the UAE, UK, USA, Australia and Canada.
